I have an 8820 on AT&T, I'm experiencing 2 problems.

1-Calls I don't pick up didn't go to voicemail. I followed the following instructions here

set ring to 10 seconds, and when I dont pick up calls, the person trying to reach me goes to AT&T voicemail's main menu, and are asked to put in my 10 digit phone number. How can I have missed calls go straight to my personal voicemail?

2-When I call other people, my number shows up as "Unknown Number", a lot of my clients that I call will only pick up if they know its me, and my own house landline disregards all unknown numbers, so this is a big problem for me.


2nd problem just fixed through twiddling with settings, but voicemail problem still persists.
