Hi All,
My blackberry pearl is fairly new and was working fine up until this point. The track ball (pearl) will move right to left, left to right and down, but will hardly move up. To get it to move even a little bit I have to push down and up. Any ideas?

Press firmly on the trackball and scroll IN the direction it does not want to scroll. Probably a little lint or dust in there.

This is the RIM recommended manner to fix this. You probably carry your BB in your pocket or purse?

needs cleaned. Lock keyboard and put in stand by then do what Jsanders said.
