Default Problem - IT Policy

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Anybody care to help on the IT policy remove? I tried follow the steps in the F&Q (Remove IT Policy - BlackBerryFAQ) but still can't remove it, any idea why and how?

Thanks!

It would help if you mentioned where you're having difficulty. Many have used that thread with no problems.

Is your BlackBerry connected to your company's BES server?

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

Just to be clear...you can't do this and continue to connect to your bes server. If you reconnect to the server again, it pushes the policy again.

Did you wipe the device? Did you download the policy.bin, place it in the proper folder, and edit the registry? Once that's done, connect the BB and run desktop Manager.
