What do you mean by "all the information"?
Can you please be more specific as to what you're looking for?

Why do you want someone to give you instructions again if it wasn't exactly what you were looking for?

You want someone to give you a link to one of your own posts?
I'm way beyond confused now.

Ok try to keep up....

From within BlackBerry Manager, highlight "handhelds" under "Handheld Management" in the left frame

Highlight all entries in the top frame, then click "export asset summary data" in the bottom frame

That will give you output in this format;

# BlackBerry Server handheld list. Number of handhelds: xx
# User Name,PIN,Handheld Model,Memory,BlackBerry Version,Phone Number,Configuration Name
Last name; First name,PIN,model,memory(Mb),OS,phone #,

Sorry, lost track of this thread. If you haven't yet figured this out though;

Rather than simply opening the exported file with Excel, try importing the file once in Excel.

That should give you some options to separate the fields, as this export produces a CSV.

How about exporting fields to excel such as the customs ones created. Name Pending Last Contact. Seems it always defaults to Name pin etc.... but not custom fields I assigned.

Need a way to see who is no longer using the bes to delete them. So need report of Pending and last contact time. Exporting to excel with this info was perfect and customizable in 4.0 but in 4.1 it got messed up.
