Default Activating using 'direct connect'

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a paper explaining how to activate and sync a new Blackberry using a USB direct connect to the BES?

I have a customer that has poor cellular service where the BES (Express) is located. I was able to make the connection because the BlackBerry said it was connected directly after I associated the device with the user account.

I did not know how to do the activation or the syn from there. Thanks for any assistance.
