Default Strange message from RIM

Please Login to Remove!

When i activated my new Curve today, I got a email from RIM telling me that the message is used to carry data between Blackberry and my device. It said that the server will process the info and for me not to move or delete the message. That was several hours ago. What is this all about and when can I delete it?

You can delete it.

Sith doesn't need to weigh in...you are in good hands with JSanders and you gave you the correct answer. Follow the instructions and you will be good to go!

Sith had his hands full a few mins ago, but follow the instructions in my link.

If you ARE on a ReDirector setup, leave it be.

Hi Sanders, did not mean it as a Slight, I have just gotten help from Sith in the past. I am sure of your skills also.

David, you posted that at the same time as I posted the link... unless of course, I think Sith does charge less for assistance than I.

I got the Curve set up at the Verizon store so I guess that they have the redirector set up on their computer. So I guess that it is OK to delete the message JSanders and Sith, and all Masters.

Yes, follow the instructions. You have been told you can delete the message, and there is more you need to know and do, and you have been pointed to instructions.

And browse the rest of the FAQ. Ask if you don't understand what you are reading.

If someone else set everything up for you and you did nothing, then you need to get smart about the basics and make sure for yourself the setup is the way you need.
