Any ideas on this? Getting quite a few of the from the app log on BES

Check the options on one of the BB's affected. Ensure that JavaScript and images are enabled.

Is the user getting an error on the device? Is that web site loading correctly?

User has not complained about anything.

Sounds like the BB might be having trouble rendering/displaying something. I would check the Browser settings to see if Javascript is enabled as well as background/foreground images and tables.
