Upgraded to SP5 Now Emails are not being delivered to/from Blackberries

And I have been on hold an hour waiting for TSupport to pickup. After upgrading SP5 which completed successfully, I am now seeing Blackberry Router errors in the application log with following error:

This error is being logged a few time a minute.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be and how to reolve it. Any help is much appreciated.
