is it normal for for the event log to be flooded with warnings?

I have alot of warnings for:

Blackberry Messaging Agent event ID 20035
ExchangeConnector event id 20000
Blackberry Policy Service

Any Ideas?

This isn't normal. It looks like youe BES is having difficulty communicating with SQL. Start there and review the ALRT and CTRL logs on your BES.
