I have my 7250 set to auto turn on/off at certain times of the day. Frequently, when it comes back on in the morning, the wireless radio is turned off. Why is this happening?
Additionally, when this happens, a lot of times, the bluetooth headset I have becomes un-paired and I have to go through the set up for re-pairing it. Are the two related?
I have had this happen to me also, and I believe that it is due to a battery-conservation feature. I think it turns off to conserve battery power. Try to leave your unit plugged in for, say, overnight and see if it still disconnects your wireless.
I had a 7230 under T-Mobile. The setup was similar. Auto power off at 7PM auto on at 7AM. All worked well. The BB would come up at 7AM and reconnect via wireless and download new messages.
I swapped over to a 7250 under Sprint a couple of weeks ago. Using what I believe was a similar profile, when the unit comes on in the morning now, the wireless connection must be turned on manually.
This is interesting! I use a 7250 on Verizon. I have my device set to shut-down automatically at midnight and turn back on again at 5a. I have never had an issue with the wireless not coming up as a result of the device turning back on. The one difference is that I am not using a BES, but I can't imagine how that would affect this situation.

When I opened the cover this morning around 5:50am, the unit was still on and the wireless function was off. At 7am when it should have automatically turned on, no change in status and the wireless adapter was still off.
