Hi guys,

Just the other day the "back button" on my 7250 (the button below the track wheel) no longer does anything. Anyone else had this problem? Any easy fixes?

That's getting to be an old device. Did you try removing the battery to see if it's a software issue? If that doesn't fix it it's likely that the button is just worn out.

I found a small celular repair company that fixed mine for $40.

Other than that the BB is AWFUL without a back button.
