As a small businessman here in the U.K. I recently upgraded to a Blackberry 8820 with my existing provider ORANGE.
I'm beginning to wish I had simply stayed with my trusty Palm Treo 650!!
I really like the functions and excellent email facility that the Blackberry offers BUT the there is absolutely no way that one can divert [RIM call it Call Forwarding] calls on either Line 1 of Line 2.
Having spoken to the National Sales Manager at RIM, I am assured that the problem lioes with Orange. In turn Orange say that it must be an instrument issue - so they have repalced the 'phone 3 times in a month. A kind hearted member of the Orange Executive Management has become involved - however he has drawn a blank with the Orange Technical Section.
It would appear that no one in Orange knows how to solve the problem - surely I am not the only Blackberry 8820 owner with this problem - or am I?
Replies would be greatly appreciated.

If understand you, you are wanting to simply forward all calls into your BB to another number? Please explain further, if not, what it is you are attempting.

I also have the same problem with a BlackBerry 8800 on Orange UK. I do not have the option for "forward all calls" - all I have is "if busy", "if no reply" and "if not reachable".

Seems to only be a problem with Orange UK handsets....
