What's the appropriate newsgroup for the following items?

I'm a professional software developer and I found several bugs in 8100 firmware that should be fixed. Also there are several (I guess good) ideas that I'd like to be implemented in the next firmware versions of Pearl. I tried to send the list of these items to , this email was recommended me by , but my messages didn't get any response. Maybe it's normal for RIM, I don't know, but it would be much better to hear at least anything from the people writing the software for these phones. I'm not sure if my 2 very detailed messages were deleted or not.

I can publish the list here on forum in this thread but the list is detailed and long - about 20 items or over 30 kbytes of text. If the Moderator and other people want to review this list and maybe correct, comment, add something else I can do that.

Please let me know if this thread is the appropriate place for this list, or redirect me to another usergroup, thread, etc.
