Hey guys, I just got my 8830 yesterday. While using the browser to test out youtube all of the videos I tried playing would not work. A friend told me to use blueapple.mobi for my video searches. These videos loaded but when they played I got no picture, only sound. I'm not sure if there is an app that I have to download before seeing video but any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance!

Is your friend using a verizon device?

He's an At&t customer, I'm with Verizon.

I had the same problem you did on my verizon device. It may be a carrier specific issue. I don't know. I hope someone who does know responds to your thread.
