I gt a bb8520 and my internet totaly wnt work. When i try and use browser its says unable to connect to internet try again later . Them when i try and use blackberry app world it says its having trouble connecting to bb app world server and to veridmdy my network conections and try again. Im on vodafone and have a five pound standard web pack. Also my blackberry internet service and enterprise are not connected but mobile connections are. Hope someones can help. Thanks

Did you add the BlackBerry Data Plan Service (BIS) to your account? (A generic data plan will not work.)
Is it active for your device with your Service Provider?

No i bought just a normal web pack. Someone told me it didnt have to be that. So if i bought the five pound blackberry internet pack it will work.

Call your service provider. Tell them you have a Blackberry and you want a Blackberry data plan.

You have to call your carrier - your mobile phone provider and have them add it.
