For some reason, i'm guessing this phone is unlocked by how many people I see sticking ATT sim's in there phone. If you check some pics.
Mine is still charging. Can't wait to use it!

FINALLY got mine after a night's worth of runaround yesterday. The assistant manager said he'd hold one for me until noon today. Turns out they only had 20 in the gold and 10 in the titanium. The sales guy said they'd DEFINITELY be hard to find before long.

I am not looking for 8320 as i have an unlocked 8300 I am using... Here is what I found out today though after reading this thread...

Called CS 3 times.... All 3 CS reps told me not available till Monday... Called 4 different local stores and they all said they have them in stock but can't sell them yet because they do not have pricing for the SKU... All 4 stores told me to try back tomorrow and maybe they will have pricing...

I'm so impatient. I ordered one from CC last night and then found out stores were selling them today so picked one up from a store so now I either have to decline the UPS guy so I can get credited or make like 50-75 bucks by putting it on ebay for like 350-375. Decisions, decisions

For some reason I thought I'd be able to get a lower price, since I'm 15 months into a 2 year contract. No dice. They could only give me a $50 discount if I extend my contract by 2 years, so it would be $399. $449 plus tax without contract extension, so I walked out empty handed. Anyone who extends their contract for another two years for a mere $50 discount is a sucker.

I'm going to give it a try on Monday. If that is the case, T-Mobile will lose another customer...

when i originally ordered it i was told it was going to be 499 and that the 449 price was a mistake..instead they "honored" the 449 price and i thought i was getting a deal but instead it's 449 everywhere?!

I got mine today (Titanium) from CS. I called earlier, but the rep had no idea what I was talking about, and told me I would have to wait until Monday. Then I went to the corp. store, and the guy put me one with CS and placed the order. I paid $400 +$15 for express shipping (yes I extended my contract...the phone is totally worth it ). I should have it by Tuesday. I am sooo excited to play around with it Its my very first Blackberry.

not the greatest but decent pics between my webcam and my wing before I switched the sim over. More pics of it brand new in a little bit. Emailing them to myself.

Default dumb tmobile store employees....

Ordered mine earlier this morning via customer care. paid the express shipping but am antsy for the phone. Called a store 5 mins from my office and asked if they had any, guy told me lots. Decided to go to another store near my house and went in. Empty store and asked him about it. Said they couldn't sell till Monday, corp store. Told him i ordered one today via CC and debated cancelling that order or reject the shipment to get one today. He flat out refused the sale and told him I'd goto the other store to pick it up. Left the store so infuriated that I'm just gonna wait till Tues/Wed when I get it via CC.

Offer the phone or don't T-Mobile.... one way or the other... Not some stores can and some can't. Jeez...

What store? Eden Prairie told me they wouldn't sell any of them till Wednesday... but it sounded like they had received them. I'm going to be there Monday AM anyway because I don't believe them.

I inserted an old Cingular SIM card in and it said "Invalid SIM Card", so it's NOT unlocked if obtained from T-Mobile. I'll call CS for my unlock code. Interestingly, wifi still work so you can use the browser.
