do you have phones on your plan that have not been upgraded in a while?
With my main account number, I only got the 399 price.
When I logged in with my personal number I got the 249 price with 2 yrs.
We have 5 tmo numbers, so we manage to upgrade one of those when ever someone needs a new device.

You will probably have to wait before TMO starts discounting upgrades more.
Maybe just sell the Pearls and you can probably net the curve for the same price.

Got it in NYC! (86 and 2nd)
I have it! Is sitting now right in front of me. Titanium!
Few months ago I started researching for a new phone. I started to incline towards a blackberry, when I lost my Razr! Then I discovered the blackberry forums, here I learned about boy genius and read his Papa, Mama and Baby bear news! I thought it would be a matter of weeks. I was part of the collective disappointment at finding out AT&T would get it first.
I kept lurking in this forum, like a beggar looking for news and knowledge. I learned that it will be good to unlock it if I will travel internationally, I learned about, e-mail, software, OS, and I kept reading. When the 9/24 date became a rumor, then official, and I waited in the background sharing in the general feeling of this forum, How much? What color? Where? When? WIFI? GPS? I’ve learned so much. I’ve seen anger, joy, disappointment, a few flames, (I am still laughing about the beautiful Yugo picture!!), but above all, support and cooperation from both BB owners and even BB Owners to be! (as was I). Here in this forum I learned this morning I learned they were already selling them. I called the store on 86th and 2nd (NYC), they had it!
I was patient and walked the clerk through every step, offered me the wrong pricing, the wrong plan! Forgot the rebate! He was totally lost in T-mobile’s website. He asked me how I knew all these things..I proudly replied that I got all my info from the community at blackberryforums.com. Store clerk laughed when I picked it up and exclaimed: “Hi Baby!” So, since I have a titanium baby waiting for me to go play with it all day, all I have left to say is THANKS! Thanks all of you in this forum for creating this wealth of information and knowledge. Hope one day I can contribute to it.

I am soooooooooooooo tempted to call my local stores and see if I can pick one up. Being that I've only been thru one billing cycle, I don't think I can beat the $399.99 2 year price offered online. I am happy with my pearl, keyboard is cramped but I love the size and camera. Does the wifi work only with internet browsing? I don't get great coverage from T-mobile at home, so I was wondering if I turn the wifi radio on can I use it to get my email?

I got mine!!!!
I got the gold. It was a little too much for this New Orleans Saints fan to pass up a gold and black phone.
It looks great, it seems to be working well, and I can't wait to play with it.
