so ever since i got my VZW curve media manager has never worked.


whenever i click on MM from the desktop interface, MM opens but never finds my phone


my computer finds the phone and syncs it but i cannot see it under my computer


whats wrong?

i believe i have the most updated version of everything

What version of DM are you using need more info please..

There are some bugs in DM 4.5 uninstall it reinstall 4.2 DM I recommend withOUT media manager as prb seems to be with roxio. Let us know if this works out for you.
