Hey Everyone,

Im new to BBF and BES in general.

I have one employee that has meetings showing up on his outlook, but not his blackberry. He is getting all his mail on his bb without any issues. Any ideas?

Up to this point, the only option is to reset his account on the BES and re-set his bb.

There has got to be a better way!

1. Make sure wireless synchronization is enabled inside of their BB calendar options.

2. Delete the Desktop [Cical] service book from options -> Adv Options -> Service book and re-send the service books from BB Manager.
- This will start the calendar sync process.

3. If they create a calendar appt. on their Blackberry, does it ever show up in Outlook?
