Hi,

Hope someone can help, we have users that have been setup for a number of years reconciling with their mailbox - inbox.

Some wish to have the mail delivered to a personal folder, when I select this the redirector informs me that wireless synchronisation is not available, and we had some initial problems testing that not all mail seemed to get through.

Can people advise on best practice for

Having you mail delivered to a personal folder.

BlackBerry does not support message delivery to personal folders.
It will only look at the server copy of the user's mail file.

Once moved to a personal folder BES can not access it.
Device just thinks it was deleted and removes it from HH.

Have a look at setting the Hard Deletes option to be true on your BES. This enables emails moved to personal folders (or shift deleted) to be removed from your blackberry.

Yeah, but that's not what this thread is about.
The OP has mail being delivered to personal folders and wants it on the Blackberry too.
That's not going to happen.
