Default BB Messenger

Please Login to Remove!

It doesn't happen all the time but quiet frequently when I use Blackberry Messenger it will show that I have a new message. When I go into the conversation with the contact it will only show the last thing that I sent and not the new message from the contact. The only way to read the message is to hit "end conversation" and then the new message shows up.
Any Ideas of tips for me?

Wirelessly posted (BB 8330)

This happens sometimes when you have a long conversation going. I just end it and start a new one every once and a while.

it happens pretty much 95% of the time when I am talking on BBMessenger, no matter the length of the conversation. Thanks for the feedback though, every little piece of info can help!

Maybe it might be a memory issue. That has not happened to me at all. There have been times where it has been a long log of BB messenger and I would check it and it shows the conversation from the beginning.

my only reply to it being a memory issue is wouldn't I have issues with other programs not working correctly? My e-mails and text messages come through fine and I don't find that my e-mails are deleted early due to space issues.

I get the same problem intermittently.

It's really annoying. Especially when you're chatting with someone and you have to end the conversation after every message in order to see the next one.

Anyone have any ideas?

Well let's start by checking your free memory. Menu>Options>Status (what is your file free? If it's less that 12MB it might be the issue.

Could very likely be the issue or at least a contributing factor. Take some time run through this thread and then report your new File Free. If nothing else your BB will run a lot faster!
