"There is a known issue that I just spent hours fixing. It took three techs and the third one didn't even come up with the solution until he had tried an hours worth of fruitless attempts.
The problem is limited to Verizon and the v4.3.0.60 software (so he said). We downloaded the new version v4.3.0.97 and everything is working fine now. I also was able to retrieve most of the deleted items from the "Deleted Items" folder in Outlook - which made me very happy!
Call RIM directly on 877.255.2377 and tell them you need to update to the latest software to solve outlook calnder issues - you should be set."
