Default Enterprise Server not sending messages

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded our enterprise server to the latest version yesterday and we are no longer receiving mail on our devices. The mail is in the inbox if we check with outlook or webmail, but nothing is getting sent to the blackberry's.

We are running Exchange 2003, and the latest version of Enterprise Server. I have check services on both machines and all necessary services are running. I can send PIN messages to the devices through the Blackberry Manager on the server, but it is not redirecting our email. Any ideas?

In the Blackberry Manager, I would make sure that for each user "Wireless Message Reconciliation" is enabled. Assuming it is, I would then resend both the service books and IT policy to each handheld to see if it solves your problem.

I have ensured that was enabled. I just resent the service books and IT policy to my device and still no mail...

The 'Last Contact Time' for each user in Blackberry manager is yesterday afternoon when the mail stopped coming in.

This is confusing me.. I have looked at the logs in BES and there aren't any errors being reported..

The only other suggestion I have is to check that the server has the right MAPI profile in use.

Last suggestion is to run a re-activation of your device with the BES. Those are the obvious things that come to my mind with BES. My only other suggestion is to potentially roll back to version 4.1.4 or whatever version you were running prior to update to 4.1.5.

ok, I have done the following:

Uninstalled the BES software
reinstalled with new database
Wiped my blackberry
Added myself to the server
Set activation password
Tried to activate, and it sticks on 'Activating [email address]'

I checked my inbox and the message that it sends when activating is there..
