have you talked to your admin about the problems activating?

It could be that the device.xml on the server is not up to date with the 8320 model, in which case it would not activate.

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

The BES may also be using an Enterprise Service Policy which prevents certain model handhelds from activating (wired or wireless). You should definitely speak with your BES admin.

I've tried one more blackberry that is the same model, i.e. two same blackberries, one is ok, another one doesn't work on wireless EA.

Wired EA - do you have Desktop Manager installed and configured?

However, if there is a problem with the radio or other part of one BB, how will wired activation help? You might be able to setup over the cable, but it'll stop working when you disconnect it, surely?

Have you ensured that the device has the correct BES data plan provisioned on it? Maybe it only has a BIS plan.
