How in the world do I increase the volume of my phone, for receiving calls? I put the profile on loud and it still just vibrates, then I tried creating a profile and it does the same thing... I feel dumb asking this, but I cant find it in the book either

No worries,

select the profile u want to use, then select phone, there should be a list of options for both in and out of holster settings. In the list should be Volume. It ranges from Low to High.

I made custom ringtones for my phone, would that have something to do with it? Is there a time limit for how long the ringers have to be?

Battery Reset = Battery Pull...pull your battery with cell phone on and this will produce a "hard reset" on the phone...

Well I partly solved the issue. I changed the profile for my phone ringer to "phone only" and now it rings like it should although I wish I could have it ring and vibe at the same time. Wheb I used that setting it would vibew first then ring.

BBs don't ring and vibrate at the same time... the vibrate THEN ring... that's just the way they work... there may be a third party app to do the vibrate AND ring, but none that I know of.

LOL Well I can check that one off my list. I thought it was a problem with my phone.
