i receive the following event log only with one bb user:

MSExchangeIS : 9646

MAPI-Session "/o=domain/ou=first admin group / cn=Recipients / cn = user "2 exceeded 250 objects from Typ "objtMessage".

I know i could fix it by setting the limit to 500... but i still wonder why its only one user who has approx. the same amount of emails.

For the 250 objects issue:
Log on to BES manager
Right Click user and click Choose folder for reconciliation.
See if ther are lots of folders chosen.

I has a user with 1000 folder checked, it was killing MAPI and user had issues getting emails.

i checked the choose folder for redirection - only inbox is selected...

is there a differnce between choose folder for reconciliation and redirection? because i can only find redirection...
