I have a blackberry pearl 8130 VZW and I love the today theme plus. Today, the first two appointments are not displaying on the home screen. This has never happened and I tried a battery pull and changing themes but the next two appointments will not show. Help.

Yes. I figured out how to make them appear. I went to my google sync application and synced the calendars but now I have duplicates of each appointment but they are showing on the home screen now. Still working on solving the duplicate problem.

Connect your phone to desktop manager, click Backup/Restore then the advanced tab. On the right, in Device Databases select All Calendars and then delete them.

Resynch the device and it should all be ok.

Ok, thanks. I tried that and it did delete the items from my device but now the next appointment will not show up in the home screen.

I've had the same thing happen to me a couple times. The first time I connected the BlackBerry to my PC and started up desktop manager/ opened up Backup& Restore then the advanced tab. On the right side I proceeded to delete all calendar entries and performed a resync and it worked.

When I had the same issue again I tried the same process but it didn't work. I had to go into options/advanced options/service books and delete all of the CICAL service books. Once I did that and rebooted my BlackBerry I was able to see my calendar entries again and haven't had that problem since.

I had the same problem and it was with all day appointments. I changed them and set them to specific times. Is that the best thing to do? It worked for the today screen but is that the only way to fix it? They are holidays, birthdays and anniversaries.
