Hey all,

I found a page a few months ago that allowed you to enter in your pin to get a bes cal. I went looking for it today and can't find it now, also was bes express discontinued? When I go to the site for the cals (https://www.blackberry.com/express/) all I get is an offers page.

Not the page I remember, but I'll give it a try.

This is not the same.
The "Blackberry professional" Software is kind of a stripped BES version - without MDS.
Also, Cals and License Keys are not compatible to the BES Small Business version.

Rim has stopped giving away the BES single Device Server and has replaced it with the "professional" version since about January 2008

The last time I used the page was about mid Feb. Guess I'll have to give them a call.

Profesoinal uses a universal CAL.

MDS support Yes, Java and Browser applications only.

Interface is differnt but works mostly the same.

The page I remember would generate an additional cal that you could use on express (existing install). It allowed you one per pin, a friend at BB told me about it, I have 8 users on the BES install at the moment and need to add 1 more.

You have to purchase a CAL.

I just had to do this a few weeks ago in a similar situation.
