What version & SP of BES are you running? Same goes for Exchange.

What service pack of Exchange? What is the version of CDO.dll?

It looks like you don't have an up-to-date CDO.dll that knows about all the DST updates.

exch sp2, i dont have the version of cdo here but know its the very latest available

having almost the same issue with cdo 6.5.7651.61 but with error 0x8204000a, any hint ?
bes 4.1.4 and exchange 2003 sp2 (same CDO on both)
