You're on BES, so your BlackBerry is on your Internal network already, by way of MDS-CS.
Just point the BlackBerry to the internal web address that you'd use on one of your internal workstations.

If you have the BlackBerry Browser on your device, then you have MDS Connection Services. It's part of BES.

There's many ways to verify if you have MDS-CS running on the BES.

Just open BlackBerry manager and look under the BlackBerry Domain / Server for an entry named <servername>_MDS-CS_1 or something like that.
Highlight it, and check its status.

You can also look at the Services on the machine and see if you have a running service called 'BlackBerry MDS Connection Service'

Also, from your computer's web browser, browse to http://<bes server IP address>:8080 and see what shows up.

Maybe I just forgot, but I can't seem to find where I can set a specific internal URL to push to the device under IT Policy! Ack!
