Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I am looking for a detailed breakdown of what each "role" under role administration is capable of doing.
I am writing a security document and trying to delegate all Tier 1 & 2 handheld support to our call center.
I appreciate any assistance.
