I've been trying to get the APN from my local BB provider (mPulse from Guam) but I haven't had any luck. I've e-mailed their customer support 3 times but I'm not getting any replies back (I've been patient waiting for about 2 weeks now since my first e-mail).

Would there be a reason for them not to provide this information or do they even have one? It would be kinda strange if they didn't since I see almost all carriers' APN. I have the unlimited data plan from them so I don't see that as being the issue. I heard from a different carrier here that they really don't want to give theirs out since they might lose out on money if people started tethering. Can I complain to RIM about these practices or is this the carrier's decision?
