What I mean by not connected is that phone isn't connected to the computer via the usb cord. If it happens during the day, Outlook is running, however, the automatic send and receive setting is turned off. The emails can still be downloaded into Outlook after deletion on the phone, problem is we go overseas for business trips and this presents a problem
how do you guys see how much mb you have left? when i go to see how much memory i have left it gives me a bunch of numbers like now it says 23576134 free

23,576,134 means you have a little over 23.5mb free.
usually you divide by 1000, then 1000 again (rough numbers) should be 1024 and then 1024 again, but it really doesnt make much of a difference in raw space.
Ok guys, back on topic. I don't think we have solved the OP's issue. JC asked about Outlook and they responded
"What I mean by not connected is that phone isn't connected to the computer via the usb cord. I am utterly confused by the last statement though...
To clear the confusion:
There are copies of the messages on the server, so when the BB starts deleting the emails, we can still download them into Outlook. But on overseas business trips, we access majority, if not all, of our emails via BB, so if it's deleting emails, it's harder for us to follow up.
I note that you are all off line - however, for what it is worth, the same is happening with me - I don't even get a chance to look at the full message as it goes as soon as i click on it. As with Juicy Kicks, my set up is the same - as for the messages being in my inbox - (see my other thread 'perils....) they are not!
Having a similar issue with a few users at work but it is with lotus notes on BES. They are getting emails and then they delete but remain on their regular computer. Only the BB ones leave for no apparent reason. Some are also not even being pushed out have verified settings on server, BB, and users computers. There have been no changes made and the issue just started out of the blue. HAve tried battery pull and will next try back and handheld rebuild unless someone has a better idea or solution?
Ok we figured out the problem. Logged into the T-mobile account online, went to Email Setup and Edit the email address. There was some delete box that was checked right under where you verify the email address and stuff. We unchecked it and problem solved. Checked other accounts for BB users in the office and that box was unchecked too. Hope this helps and thanks for all the help!
