Could you offer some assistance? I have a user with 'pending messages' sitting on the server because there were some issues with their exchange account. The issues with mailbox were resolved but the pending messages are on the BES. How do I push those messages to their device?

You don't push them.
There is trouble with the device, which is why they're pending.
Once you discover and resolve the issue with the device, the pending messages will be delivered on their own.

Could be any number of things happening here.

Perhaps due to the issues with the Exchange account, the user's device should be reactivated on the BES.
