Hey all,

I can't get the BIS page to load for at&t. Anyone else having this problem? What link are you using? I am using:

https://att.blackberry.com which was working fine until today.

Any ideas?

I did that. Cleared the temporary internet files, cache, browsing history--everything. Same problem. Are you able to bring it up?

I switched from Vista to OS X (two partitions on my Mac). Now it works. Vista is crap.

Thanks.

You should be using https://www.att.blackberry.com

Note 'www' - it is required.

That has nothing to do with Vista. Has everything to do with how SSL (https) certificates are issued for domain names.
