Everything was working fine until I took my 8320 to by company's IT people to set up BES. Since then my Browser stopped working, it goes to Home page of T-mobile (Bill summary, etc) and Blackberry (mobile.blackberry.com) but thats it!
I get 404 error everytime I try to go to any other website...same thing in Opera browser.

I can however connect to all the other apps that require connection. Using WiFi services, I can even ping Sign In but I cant browse.

Any idea what might be causing that?

IT Policy probably. If that's what it is you're out of luck as long as you're on their BES. Try resending your service books from your carrier's BIS site.

I'd be sooo pissed if they did that....
I can use everything else but browser - it better not be a IT policy

But if they allow us to do tethering (BB as Modem) wouldnt that mean that browsing on the device itself is also enabled?

Uninstalled Opera and its working now... seems like its not an IT Policy

All the Bookmarks on my BB Browser are working. If I go to CNN from my bookmarks it works but if I type via 'go to' cnn website , I get 400 Bad request error. The details show

Connection Refused
CNN(with complete address):80

Update
Under Options->Advanced->Browser....I had to change the Default browsers to "Internet Browser" which fixed it.

Glad that it was not a policy
