We are running a BES on V 3.6. I know go to 4.0 but we haven't yet. There is sometimes alot of lag time between the message hitting the mailbox and device. There will be big delays and will get multiple messages at the same time. Is there something wrong with the BES or is it on the carrier side. Verizon is the Carrier. Any suggestions would be a big help.

Could be both a server issue and network issue, but sound more to me like a BB and server issue, BB because they can show some delay when receive a large amount of emails or data and server because I've seen when memory leaks occur Exchange definately processes the request alot slower!!
