I have two broken BB swivel holsters each are under warranty. I have been unsuccessful in contacting BB to replace them. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail with two weeks have gone by with no response. I have attempted to reach them at the 1-877-255-2377 telephone number and the automated voicemail system is difficult to determine the correct choice. Does anyone have a simple way of contacting BB. I am so disappointed with BB and the level of difficulty to have a the holster replaced I am ready buy an iphone.
Where did you purchase the holsters? RIM does not directly sell BlackBerry and their accessories. It is handhled by carriers or stores that sell accessories. Calling the 1-877-255-2377 number will not ge them replaced. If you purchased the holsters from a store, or ebay then the seller is responsible for replacement, not RIM.
Most carriers don't sell the case individually. They are packaged with the device. I had a user that broke their 8830 case. I contacted Verizon and they do not sell the case idividually.
