Hi Guys,

Now, what it doesnt do is sync with his Lotus Notes. He cannot snyc mail or calender.

I have tried the following. Wiped his a/c created new one, New device, few activations, deleted CMIME service book, resent service book.

Rung the carrier to see if a/c is ok.

Cant get it to work still!

Anyone know anything i can try or check?

Thanks in advance!

When you deleted the user from the BES and wiped the handheld, did you also delete the user's state database from BES\state folder on the BES server?

If you create a new calendar entry on the server, do you see any activity under the Notes Log, miscellaneous events view. What are the permissions on the user's mail for the ID file the BES server task runs under? After that, I might start to look at the user's mail file itself (run maintenance utilities, fixup, updall -R, compact against the user's mail file. Try a new replica, or new copy of the mail file.)

Anything special about this mail file that makes it different than the others that are (presumably) working? Is it using a different mail file template? Are there more than thousands of calendar entries (RIM seems to think that's a high number. So I guess I'll differ that to them)?

Default Blackberry Sync problems

Hi There,
Not sure if this is helpful, but all of what you said seems to indicate that all wireless process does work from BES to handheld
What about approaching this problem from a desktop point of view.
Using DTM you can configure the sync to behave as you want it to.
Namley the redirect option and the checkbox for sync organiser data

will be around if you need further help
