User is adding meetings on the blackberry, but they wont sync over to outlook.
When she puts them in outlook, they do sync over to the blackberry.
Wireless calendar synchronization is enabled for the user, and everything on the BES and Exchange sides look kosher.
Any thoughts? Or is this by design.

This is a well known problem on some BES4 installs with Exchange. Start by checking out some of the other threads here in the forum to examine what other people have done to solve this.
You'll need to look at the infamous CDO.DLL file, with regards to version and location, etc. Also check to ensure that the BES service account has proper permissions set within your Exchange environment.

We have 250 users on our BES and this is the only user that is experiencing this currently, so i don't believe it to be anything like the service account, etc.

To see the service books, use the Handheld Configuration Tool on your BES....you should be able to select a device, provided of course that it has v4.0+ code on it.
Then click 'View Handheld Properties' and then select 'Service Books', this should show you which ones are currently on the device.
