Default Option to not have gmail sent from computer show on BB?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to setup my gmail account so when I send an email from my computer, I don't get a copy of it on my blackberry?

Hmmm... I'm on the blackberry BIS log-in but I don't know what my blackberry username and password are- maybe I have register a new account. Would Verizon have done this when I got the phone?

No I haven't. I just ran the blackberry setup and threw in my gmail info. It's been working fine.

I tried the pin and ENS number, but it says to access page from the blackberry which won't work for me.

I just tried to no avail. When I put in the PIN and ENS numbers, I says I can't access that via HTML browser and to use the blackberry device to access the log-in. So I tried it on my phone as well and it says the same thing!

Yup, right from Verizon. I'm playing with the phone now and just created a blackberry email address as well as the gmail address. I still can't find a BIS log in that will work.

Thanks, that worked. I also waited an hour- maybe it took time for the account to be activated.

One more quick question- should I be using the BB msg program with my gmail programmed in like I am now- or is better to have the downloaded gmail application? I did the downloaded version and my inbox had 900+ emails in it., so I deleted that app. I usually use gmail through my apple's mac "mail" pop3 program.
