I went ahead and ordered BBsmart using this promotion. Two hours later and I still have not received the SMS with my download.

I have waited the entire work day to hear a response from Handmark regarding my OTA download. They have not responded to my customer service requests and I have never received the SMS with my OTA download.

Very unimpressive.

They do offer manual downloads so I do have the files if I wanted to do a desktop install. I'm commenting on their response time more than anything else.

In constrast I also emailed the guys over at BBSmart. Even though they are on the (literal) other side of the world I got a prompt response and they will provide me with the activation code so I can use the 4.3 OS version of the software.
