I try but, in step 2 I got a problem :

Step 2 "In the File menu, select Import > Addresses. The Address Book Import window appears listing the contacts stored in the GAL. "

I don't have in File Menu "Import" Help Please !!

So, I"m confused, you have Address in Outlook (I assume) and you can't sync them to the BlackBerry through the Desktop Manager?

RSUN, the original poster wants to import the entire Global Address List (referred to as a GAL) from his e-mail server to his BB. The entire list - not just what they have in Outlook Contacts.

Publish the GAL to a public folder and sync with that. That's all I know of.
