Please Login to Remove!

Well, I did find a KB article that Groupwise has issues if you remove/readd too quickly, but not sure if Exchange has the same issue (but like I said, I do this all the time).

Try this: Remove from BES, wipe device, wait 10 minutes, add to BES, reactivate device.

If it still doesn't work, then someone else will have to chime in....

Default Still no history

I removed account, waited 10 minutes. While I waited, I wiped handheld.

I cleared all memory. I recreated account, and waited 10 more minutes.

I activated blackberry. I got all my sent mail and all my current mail, and one message from the 20th of October.

That is all. Why the one message popped up, I have no idea?

Thanks for your help. At this point, I am ready to give up. I figure in a month I will never know the difference.

I wonder.....after you wiped the device, did you reset the time to the current date/time?

Maybe that has something to do with it.... I always make sure the date/time/timezone is correct before I activate.

It gets the date and time from Verizon. All I had to do was set up time zone

Ok, thought of something else. When you removed yourself from the BES, did you click Yes to remove the BB info from your mailbox?

Both. Since I did it 3 times, I tried with yes and no.
