Default BES Calendar Sync Issue

Please Login to Remove!

I am having the one-way calendar sync issue with one out of 6 users on or BES. Nothing has changed on the server side-everything was okay until the one phone was replaced September 1st. Now it only sends calendar entries from outlook to the device but not the other way around. I have deleted the user, reloaded the user, downgraded the user's software from 4.2.1xx to 4.2.9x. Can't understand why this is only affecting the one user. Am I missing something simple?

Has no one had this problem? Is it not a BES issue? Do you need more information?

What version & sp of BES, same for Exchange?

Bang through these lists - One-way wireless calendar synchronization for one or more BlackBerry device users and Troubleshooting one-way Calendar synchronization issues..

Try disabling and re-enabling wireless calendar sync ... Enable wireless calendar synchronization.

Could be this: Synchronization problems occur because of corrupt Calendar or Tasks item... Reset the BlackBerry device calendar

I wiped the calendar on the device and re-synced. It still won't send anentry from device to exchange. I have 6 users on the BES and I'm the only one having the problem. As far as I know, nothing has changed on the Exchange or the BES side, globally or user specific. I had my 8700 replaced September 1st and this seems to correspond with the problem. I reactivated the device just like I have with all the others. Everything else on my device syncs correctly. Is there a registry setting or a temp file specific to my user account that is stored on the BES that needs to be deleted?
I'm not sure what version of Exchange we are running(not my area) but I believe it's whatever Exchange came with small business server. I included a screenshot of the "about" view on the BES.

I've been scouring the internet for a solution for this for the last 3 days and have noticed a fair amount of users with the same problem, yet there doesn't appear to be a magical fix out there. Is it possible for only one user to be affected by a global setting on exchange or BES? Is there a windows update that changes the CDO.dll?

There is a Microsoft Update that changes CDO.dll, not a Windows Update ... as it is a change in Exchange. Is it possible for 1 user ... yes, depending on the circumstances.
