Default Best Skins Ever

Please Login to Remove!

so i just installed the full body kit on my curve
took about 20 mins, mainly because there are these 2 thin strips that were a pain to get lined up and set correctly. overall, no so bad.
makes it look shinier

I ordered it a while back. Got in in the mail today (8300 full body skin). And the funny thing is I don't even have a 8300 yet!

had the full skin on the 8700g, just preparing for the future

I love this comment on the confirmation page when you place an order:

I should probably add that I've used a BSE skin on my iPod for a year now and I'm amazed at how well it has stayed on, though I did get a bubble right on the screen after about a month - grrr. It was the first such skin that I've ever tried to apply and I didn't do a great job. If you know someone that is meticulous and likes to do crafts type of work it might be worth buying them a dinner to have it done right...

I also ordered one for my Pearl, but before I found time to put it on, I had already dropped it and scratched it. If anyone needs a testimonial for the toughness of a Pearl I can attest to about 3 drops from upper torso height onto concrete and all it picked up was some very small nicks and scratches - the screen never even blinked. However, I hope to get one on my Curve right away while it is still pristine - I will definitely welcome the fingerprint resistance...

From someone who has installed 150 to 200 of these on iPods and iPhones, the trick is the tools. If you can find a little rubber squeegee/wedge of rubber it makes all the difference in the world. Get a spray bottle with water and a few drops of soap and you are rolling.

I have one of these on my Pearl, and have ordered mine for my Curve. I too will welcome the fingerprint resistance. Drives me nuts.

i didnt have to use any tools. used my fingers only. came out spotless.
after the dipped the pieces in the soapy water, i let most of the water drip off, then applied.
i also did it in the bathroom, after i let the shower run. that way, there is no chance of dust being in the air.

There are cutouts for the camera lens.

And are you talking about the main screen? That's the main piece. It covers the entire screen.
