Default How Is T-Mo?

Please Login to Remove!

Last Thursday I switched from Verizon Wireless to SunCom because of the huge difference in BB data plan rates ($45 vs. $15). Today I read that T-Mobile will be taking over SunCom. I've heard good things about T-Mo but wanted to make sure that I could back out of my contract while I'm still in the 15 day grace period if I need to.

Is T-Mobile a good provider?

T-Mobile have been great for me, they have the best CR, most affordable pricing compare to any other providers, and they have great devices, ATT get all the exclusives but TMO gets most of them also, eventually.

I've been a happy T-Mobile customer for years (I have a SIM card that reads Voicestream). I think this is a good deal for SuncCom customers.

Not quite as long as NJ, but I have had no issues with my wife's BB on T-Mobile, infact we just got her a new hand set and extended our contract. Until they really scew up Im staying put.

Location, location, location
What works best where you live, work and travel to.

Everything else is secondary to me.

Verizon doesn't work in my basement. But T-Mobile does (quite surprising). And now with UMA, T-Mobile REALLY works well in my basement!

Cheap as hell with the coverage you'd expect from a discount carrier. I'm *very* happy with T-mobile. I don't need 99.9% uptime and I don't want to pay for it.

I have been very happy with T-Mobile service. Been using for a little over a year now and don't have any complaints....except that AT&T always gets the newer BlackBerries before T-Mobile. Damn you Big Blue, I mean Orange!

I'm also happy with T-Mobile. Haven't been with them that long but their customer service is much better than Nextel's after being with them for about 10 years.

Excellent! Thanks for the input. Of course, it will be several months before it really becomes T-Mobile around here. I'm glad to see the strong support for them. I'll be looking forward to using their service.

I switched to T-Mobile maybe 5 years ago (maybe more) from Verizon specifically for customer support (Verizon is horrendous) and because of a coverage issue. I couldn't be happier, and their pricing is the best in the business.

A happy TMo customer here as well. Would like to see a little better coverage in many areas, but 24/7 customer service is good.
