Just got thru upgrading to 4.1.4. Since the restart, sending from the handheld is immediate. But, messages to the handheld is taking up to 20 minutes so far?
When a new message hits my mailbox, a quick look at BES doesn't show anything Pending.
I tried looking at the agent (MAGT) log, but didn't see anything that I could grasp as an issue.
PIN messages are immediately delivered to handheld (from BES Manager). Emails from BES Manager are immediately delivered to inbox...but not to handheld.
Lookup function works just fine.
All messages eventually are coming to my handheld...just after a long delay.
Event logs show nothing.
Any troubleshooting tips are appreciated...

Thanks for all the replies. I found the "sending in batches" thread very interesting. There's reference to an old Windows 902400 update that could be causing it. That'd be a trip if that's what it was in my case.
RIM didn't really have much to offer, except what I'd already found from the thread.
Just read kb12870 which talks about blocked mapi threads. I did see a couple of application log entries to this effect just after the restart, but none since.
I will definitely look at the Messageflow utility docs.
If I thought a restart would fix it, I'd try it...but nothing in the environment has changed except the 4.1.4 upgrade. Exchange and BES are on the same subnet, admin account is the same, etc. Working before, delays after...
After spending two hours on the phone with the UK edition of RIM support, we double-checked rights/permissions/the ususal. I ended up restarting the dispatcher service and handhelds are now receiving via notifications...
And so it goes. I guess I should've restarted a second time after the installation finished last evening.
