Does anyone know how to fix the problem of calls not picking up right away. I answer the call but then have about a 5 second delay before the person can hear me. I can hear the caller but they cant hear me.
I tried installing the new OS and it does the same thing. If someone can help, would be great.
yea u guys have to upgrade the firmware of ur phones...its the .64 version. the .107 version t-mobile just released works just fine. log into ur online t-mobile account and on the top right corner click support for my phone, then click upgrade software. download it and follow the instructions. its take approximately 30-45 min to upgrade, so be patient, u might think half way through the upgrade that it messed up or froze on a white screen with the hourglass, but just let it go, it will finish.
TMO told me that I did have the lastest verison, and that the update that was released was pulled as there where reported issues. And to stay with the current verison that I have which is v4.2.0.64
T Mobile did release .103 and then pulled it but have since released .107. Just log into your My T Mobile account cilck on "phone & accessories" and then system upgrade. You'll see it there. Handheld software .107. Much better than .64 and .103 imo.
Ok updated the versions. I will have to wait and see now. I will post back here again when I see what the final result of the problem with the new version.
