Photos attached to emails don't seem to be going through. Everything else works, MMS, regular email, etc. - any idea would the prob could be?

Well, or you on a corporate BES or regular BIS - Blackberry internet service provider?

If you're on BES then check with the infrastructures' admin to see if pictures or their SIZE Limitations are enabled on the BES. Most likely this could be the case, or just a limitation of size.

If on BIS then check the email settings either in options or in Settings> Options> Advanced Options ...

I'm using BIS. Not sure what to look for here, though. Everything else works perfectly fine, web browsing, etc..

Anyone have any idea at all? I'd really like to do this ... and not incur MMS charges sending pics that way!
